Tracy is Ollie’s wonderful wife and the mother of their three children. Tracy
has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University at Albany and has a 20 year career in Information Technology with industry experience which spans Retail, Financial Services, Health and Technology organizations. She is experienced in areas of application and database development, business and functional analysis, and leading technical teams and project management.
Tracy and her husband Ollie’s middle daughter was born with a Vein of Galen Arterial Venous Malformation (AVM) which led to her cerebral palsy. The desire to serve and make a difference is part of the heritage passed down by her parents – her father has pastored for over 40 years and her mother has always served others. As the old adage goes, “Behind every successful man is a supportive wife” and Tracy is a constant source of encouragement to her husband and equal partners in the challenges and blessings of raising a child with Special Needs.
Tracy is often heard saying “My passion is to help others reach their full potential…and to encourage and support other special needs families.”
